Feeling a bit under the weather, I sleep in and don't get to Escobar Gate until almost 8:30 am. The fog has lifted; white clouds streak the blue sky. Birding highlights include a tussle among a pair of acorn woodpeckers; I was too far away to determine their gender or see what they were fighting over. Plus the usual suspects, wonderful vistas I (and you) have seen before. Enjoy!
