I was drawn again and again to a group of silver pines on the ridge, especially the matriarch of the group. Seven of the images from there are in a "Best Images" folder; a few more in the folder "Ceremony Circle". Here are yet more. I could not leave them out. You don't have to look, if you have seen enough!
"Silver Pine" is an older common name; the modern common name is western white pine, much less romantic. Pinus monticola.
