A ridge above the May Lake High Sierra Camp was a good place to be at sunset, as the sunset display faded into dusk. Good views of the Sierra crest, toward the west (Cathedral Peak & Cockscomb) and the south (Half Dome & Mount Clark). Moon and even stars.
