While Jasper Ridge was off-limits due to the pandemic, I spent more time in other natural preserves and parks. Here are some photos from Jasper Ridge's partner organizations in the Santa Cruz Mountains Stewardship Network.

UPDATE 10/25/2021: It was a close call, but I switched two or the "Attack!" images. I submitted the one with the male Lesser Goldfinch pivoting to face the attacking Chestnut-backed Chickadee. A close call. I enjoy making photographs. Making fine distinctions, which one is better, is less appealing.
