Photographing Ants

Photographing Ants

In a training session for the ant survey, Merav points out one place to find Argentine and other ants. And there they are! Trunk of a valley oak, at the parking lot for the Sun Research Center. (See "Adventures on a Smaller Scale" for my images of the ants and oak moths on this treetrunk, as well as other tiny things this day.) 9/21/2013, 10:03 am.
