Carpenter ant (Camponotus semitestaceous?)

The larger carpenter ant (Camponotus semitestaceous?) moves away. Note the petiole between the thorax and the gaster. The thorax is smooth, no humps: this is a Camponotus (carpenter ant), not a Formica (field ant). 10:17:31 am.
