Coyote stalks Ground Squirrels; oaks build acorns; California Buckeye pulls resources from unnecessary leaves and begins building buckeyes. Nice views of grasslands, oaks, and distant Coyote Valley. A good group of hikers, led by Dave and another docent from Coyote Valley Open Space District and healer Smita Garg and others from Green Foothills.
