After the heavy rains, flowers abound. A tour past the lake, along the creek, back up through the woodland and the spot of serpentine, and back to the Visitors' Parking Lot. Many lovely flowers, again and again. Yerba Santa too!

Along the woodland and riparian trails, we find White Globe Lily, Pacific Starflower, Giant Trillium, Star-flowered Lily of the Valley, Chaparral Clematis, Columbine (!), Striped Coralroot Orchid (!), Fremont's Star Lily, Warrior's Plume, Sticky Monkeyflower (many at their peak, some quite past), Blue Witch, Pitcher Sage, and California Yerba Santa. Mourning Dove, Banana Slug, fungi, moss, and Leather Oak in bloom. Amazing clouds.

The best images are here. The whole collection, less seriously limited, is at the end.
