Golden Eagle (Aquila chrysaetos) High Above

Too high for me to capture a good photo. I hope these blurs enable an experienced birder to tell what was going on. My main question: is this the same bird as the juvenile Golden Eagle seen a half hour later on Trail 15, perhaps 3000 feet/a half mile away? Trail 9, 10:23 am.
