A good walk spoiled: coming around the bend on Blue Oak Trail, we run into a scene of devastation. Why? When it rains, this hillside will slide onto the trail. I hope the people clearing the trail stop to think about what they are doing. OR, perhaps there is a good reason, this is all approved, and I will just have to grin and bear it? In any case, the walk is not as nice as it once was...

This series starts from the bridge, moving toward Black Oak Trail. Some of the trail is still quite nice. I hope the devastation does not spread.
