From lower Trail 9, we see Searsville Lake across the oak woodlands. Bright green plants line its encroaching banks. Lowlands recently deposited above the lake are to its left; willows, the San Andreas Fault, and Skyline are beyond. To the right, a chaparral-covered ridge and Road E. 11:57 am.
