Springtime Blossoms in the Serpentine
Purple leptosiphon (is this bicolored leptosiphon (L. bicolor), formerly linanthus?); darker purple owl's-clover (Castilleja densiflora ssp. densiflora) to the right of the rocks in the road, in the foreground; California poppies (Eschscholzia californica); even a bit of goldfields to the right of the road up a bit. Road F shows serpentine rock in the road tracks. Looking back toward Escobar Gate. The Hodge Oak copse is on the left of the road.
