Looking from Trail 16 across Road F, we see a mistletoe-covered valley oak; grasslands; another valley oak at the top of the ridge. Windy Hill peaks over ther ridge, from the crest of Skyline. I return to the same place, with the sun higher in the sky. 8:31 am. Where are the other birders? (Looking at the bald eagle!)
