Soap plant (Chlorogalum pomeridianum var. pomeridianum) blooms alongside a yellow flower on Trail 4 after sunset. You can see the yellowing leaves of the soap plant at the bottom. After the rains, they are putting all their energy into putting forth the stem and the nightly flowers. Please leave a comment if you know the ID!
