Beetle with Chewed Up Yerba Santa

These are metallic green as larvae and green with yellow longitudinal stripes as adults. The same individual plant has had many of these guys for several years in a row, so it's good to remember to look when you pass by on your way up the fire road." Near the intersection of Roads D, E, and F.
