A lovely afternoon walk with friends. It felt like summer -- warm & humid. The scent of the blossoming Ceanothus was overwhelming -- "swimming in honey". We saw Valley Oaks, California Live Oaks, Blue Oaks, a Maul Oak, and a Leather Oak while going along Trails 10, 11, and back up 9. As we approached Escobar Gate on the way out, we saw some Skunk hair scattered on the side of Road F. No sign of the skunk or of the body, & no noticeable skunk smell.
