Birds, fiddler crabs, butterflies, raccoons, and other fauna, as befits a wildlife preserve. Trees and other flora. I visited the Audubon Society's Wellfleet Bay Wildlife Sanctuary on 7/26 and 8/4/2015. Try Island has many species of trees which have been cut down on the rest of Cape Cod.
