A visit to the dam before a presentation in the Sun Center. Nice images of muddy water and spray. Some 90% of the sediment stays in Searsville Lake -- these storms are filling it up, hastening its transition to a peaceful meadow with a nice waterfall below. I have a hard time selecting the best from this collection. Which do you prefer?
This drama contrasts with the relatively peaceful view of Corte Madera Creek in the other collection from today. Corte Madera Creek makes the major contribution to the water we see here. Altitude change matters.
