Tah.Mah.Lah is a beautiful home in Portola Valley, the residence of Paul Holland, Linda Yates, and their family. The whole story is at <TahMahLah.com>. A sustainable green building, beyond LEED Platinum, Living Building Challenge -- thoughtfully designed and built to use recycled and sustainable materials; conserve and produce energy; thoughtfully use and recycle water; and live lightly in the habitat. There is much more to say; check out the web site. Our benefit was in the living room. The glass wall was initially retracted, leaving the space open to the grounds, and to the sunset over Windy Hill. A warm inviting space.
