Three historical images of the old valley oak that stood on Indian Crossing, next to the Frog Pond, in Portola Valley Ranch. The first was taken about 1970, before PVR. The second, about 1980, after the first residents had moved in.

The third shows another pair of residents: a pair of American Kestrels who had a nest in the tree, and showed us their life as we watched from across the street.
