There are many classic images of granite scenes. Many of these are in black & white -- emphasizing the structure and forms of the granite, removing the distraction of color. Here, I have gone half-way. I turned down the color saturation (in Lightroom: lower "vibrance"). This lets the eye dwell on the forms and patterns, while leaving a few hints of color to liven the image. How do you like it?
