The forest shows many different greens: coast live oaks, valley oaks, even leather oaks in the serpentine. The toyon leaves show much more toward the yellow side, though still green. The red toyon berries add some highlights; softer red/brown/green clothes the iconic valley oak. The direct sunlight fades. Peace. 8:18 am.
