Young Dark-eyed Junco (Junca hyemalis)

Young Dark-eyed Junco (Junca hyemalis)

Sophie Christel writes "This is a young Dark-eyed Junco. The fine spotting on the chest (obvious is fledglings, not present in adults, sort of halfway on this individual), pale sparrow-shaped bill, and white on the sides of the tail are good markers. Juncos of all ages have the second two marks." With the male bluebird, feeding on Road F.
