Ann Lambrecht led a wonderful spring wildflower walk out of Escobar Gate. We heard from many experts in various aspects of the biology and geology of this area, learning about native and non-native flowers and other plants, the role of serpentine soil, and much more. It was wonderful to spend a morning with so many good people. Before the walk, I welcomed the dawn in the same region, capturing the insects and dew-covered blossoms. My macros and other images from the early morning and the wildflower walk are collected in the neighboring folder; this one just shows some of the people.
