Up Trail 10, into the oak woodland, and into the sunlight! The grassland is dominated by valley oaks, many with new spring leaves; artemesia is prominent in the chaparral.

One valley oak was full of new leaves, blossoms, and seeds. Birds flitted throughout, feasting on the seeds. I spent 45 minutes there, and have placed these images in a separate collection, just after this one.

PLEASE HELP! Leave a comment on a photo if you know the ID or have any info to add!
