Mary Davey was a force of nature, an organizer, advocate, and fundraiser for many local causes, from fair housing to open space. She was instrumental in starting and nourishing many many organizations, including CGF, MROSD, Hidden Villa, PCC, Acterra, ... the list goes on. Elizabeth Sarmiento of the Committee for Green Foothills organized a walk to Mary's memorial bench on Mary's birth date to remember her.
